Seriously, what happened to being different? You don't have to judge people just because the popular people do, you have your own mind for goodness' sake, stop being sheep
My mother tells me how, when she was my age, people liked being different, but now most of the 12-19 year olds I see look like clones of eachother, and the sad part is, it seems people dress like that just so they don't get bullied for being different.
what is it with people and anime thinking that they special
or maybe Christians that aren't on the internet are just plain normal
No, it's not normal.
There are all sorts of folk at my school, and it's unusual for me to not be asked "What's anime/manga?"
(Which is why no one cares about the anime club. Well, at least the chess club and debate team can relate...)
Every single kid I know is either an "anime artist" who just makes the eyes OMGSOKAWAIIDESU or manga psychopath.
Shiny eyes are important(if only because eyes with no highlights look flat.) but they aren't the main determining factor for what is or isn't manga. (but they do look cute.) I wonder why people say kawaii desu when kawaii is the word for cute all on its on, no "desu" required. Well, so long as they don't type "kowai" (scary) in its place, no harm done.
Manga psychopath?.... Are you referring to the infamous "rabid fangirls"? (You know, the ones that get cuckoo if anything canon messes with their pairings or get angry when you don't like what they like)
They have crap anatomy. Terrible. You'd think it was a fat stick figure. The eyes are the only determining factor, apperantly. And they must be amazing artists because of the shiny eyes! The fact that they don't have necks doesn't matter! The fact that they have enormous heads don't matter! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SHINY EYES!
I say manga psychopath because they go apeshit when someone says "_____ isn't the best manga to ever exist". They start attacking people with pencils. It isn't fun >_>
it will be boring and no fun. => not unique at all
